If you've worked with System Center much, then you're already aware of the nuances surrounding product and file versions. Implementing the Exchange Connector for Service Manager, is just one more instances where incorrect file versions can cause you to spend absurd amounts of time troubleshooting errors.

Here are the correct DLL versions to use for Service Manager 2012:

Service Manager 2012 SP1 - Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.dll version 14.3.32.0 - (API v 1.2.0)
Service Manager 2012 R2 - Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.dll version 14.3.67.1 - (API v1.2.1)


As of the time of this post, the latest Exchange Web Services API released is version 2.2. Do not try to install the latest version.
